US Domestic Shipping

I understand you’re excited to receive your unique, handmade jewelry, so I strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for processing during weekends or holidays.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email as confirmation. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from my studio in Kansas City, MO, and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the shipping confirmation.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase of my unique, handmade jewelry!

If any item arrives damaged or defective or differs significantly from the description/image, I will provide return postage and replace the item at no cost.

For all other returns, if you are unsatisfied or it didn’t meet your expectations, it may be returned at your cost, within 15 days of the date of purchase, in original condition and packaging, and exchanged for credit towards another purchase.

Due to the deep discounts on any sale items, they are final and not returnable, so please be sure to read all the product details before purchasing.
